Membership
By
becoming a member,
you can help The Arc of Greater Tarrant
County provide much-needed programs and
services, keep the costs of Arc events and
activities affordable for everyone, and make
the public aware of the needs, rights, and
abilities of people with disabilities.
Also, a
membership with The Arc of greater Tarrant
County connects you to local, state, and
national chapters of the Arc and allows you
to have a voice in local, state, and
national policy making.
Most of
all, becoming a member helps The Arc of
Greater Tarrant County make lives better for
people with disabilities.
Volunteering
The Arc has
many different
volunteer
opportunities available. Take a moment to
fill out our volunteer form and an Arc staff
member or current volunteer will get back to
you.
Household Goods Recycling
Please look
for the yellow card which is mailed
periodically to your address requesting that
you donate unwanted household goods
(including gently used clothing and
furniture) by leaving your donation on your
front porch. If you have any questions,

Memorials and Honorariums
Donations
can be made to The Arc of Greater Tarrant
County in memory or honor of a friend,
family, or co-worker by sending a check or
telephoning the Arc with your credit card
number and donation amount. You can use the
"Make a Donation" button above and include a
note stating who your gift is in memory of
or honoring.
Upon
receiving your donation a card will be sent
to the family of the person honored. This
lists the name of the donor(s). Your
contribution will be acknowledged and is tax
deductible.
In-kind Support
Contributions can be made to The Arc of
Greater Tarrant County through in-kind
support. In-kind donations include but are
not limited to:
